My Review:
I like this book. Being strong in mental health and experiencing true joy requires we understand who we are, Arnold writes. She takes us through the process while sharing from her own experiences. Each chapter contains practical exercises and insightful activities. I like how she encourages us to find our identity in God. She also has good insights on the role of shame. I appreciate her helping us experience hurt and then helping us re-frame it.
This is a good book to help work through rejection and other issues to become the person God has created you to be.
My rating: 4/5 stars.
