My Review:
This book is packed full of useful information for those of us entering into our last decades. The information presented is clear and is organized so one can easily look up a particular concern and find the needed help. The information is framed in suggested habits, frequently ones that take just a little bit of time. There is quite a bit about the right foods to eat and supplements to take. There are yoga poses for increased flexibility and there are helps for getting the necessary sleep. There are also recommendations for reducing stress, such as journaling.
I am impressed with the amount of useful information in this book. I recommend it.
