My Review:
This is another good mystery taking place in the Seattle area. Austin is growing on me as a good (retired) detective getting involved in solving mysteries. This plot is a little complex as there are a few twists at the end that change much of what had happened in the past. There were definitely family secrets to uncover in this mystery. Living in the area, I do like how Black takes us to various places to develop his mysteries. While this novel is the second in a series, it reads well on its own.
My rating: 4/5 stars.
