My Review:

I have enjoyed this series. While they are good novels of mystery and suspense, they mostly take place in areas around Puget Sound, where I live. It is always fun to read of action taking place in a location I have visited. This novel, however, takes place in New York. I am happy with it. I have felt that Austin's investigative adventures have been over shadowed by his nagging desire to find his wife's murderers. He does that here.

This novel is a good one with action and suspense, especially near the end. I missed Run, Austin's loyal corgi. It just didn't seem right for Austin to have an adventure without her. I am sure Austin will be on another case soon. I'll be there, reading about it.
